We felt completely comfortable and appreciate his expertise for the following: remove old dishwasher / install new dishwasher, remove old microwave / install new microwave, and connect new water line for refrigerator icemaker. He explained things in laymen terms but never condescending when we didn't understand. The quality of workmanship and professionalism was Excellent. We also thank him for keeping our home clean and "tidying up" afterwards.
